WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME IN ORDER TO START TAKING LESSONS?

The only thing required of you is that you are in reasonably good health and that you have a sincere desire to learn and improve yourself. No previous experience is required, and you don't have to be in excellent physical shape.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO TRY OUT CLASSES?

We suggest that you wear loose-fitting pants with an elastic waist (sweatpants are a good choice), a T-shirt and remove any jewelry. We recommend that you try out our cost-effective introductory program.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN EFFECTIVELY USE KUNG FU FOR
SELF-DEFENSE?

On the average, 6 to 12 months of continuous training is required before the techniques become natural and spontaneous.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS I MAY EXPECT TO GAIN FROM TRAINING?

Your coordination, confidence, reflexes, speed, strength, and stamina will greatly improve with dedicated practice. You will be able to concentrate better and for longer periods of time. You will learn how to defend yourself and control your temperament better.
